RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our commitment:
We want you to be completely happy with your Alison Jane purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we are here to help.

Returns timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Conditions for return:
To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at info@thefascialiftmethod.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  4. Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided
  5. Once received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 working days

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Please note — original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us immediately at info@thefascialiftmethod.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
