SHIPPING POLICY

Alison Jane | The Fascia Lift Method™

All Alison Jane products are made to order and fulfilled by our certified organic manufacturing partner based in Latvia, Europe. This means every product is freshly prepared to the highest certified organic standards before being dispatched directly to you. Orders are shipped via international tracked delivery.

Where we ship:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?

Your order delivery time consists of two stages:

Fulfilment time: 2 working days — your order is processed, prepared and quality checked before dispatch.

Shipping time: 4-7 working days — your order travels from our fulfilment centre to your door.

Total estimated delivery time: 6-9 working days from the date of your order.

Please note working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping costs:
Standard UK shipping — £8.18
Express UK shipping (1 working day from dispatch) — £10.26

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Order tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delays:
Whilst we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days please contact us at info@thefascialiftmethod.com
